The Last Book Party
by Karen Dukess

This is chick lit that falls flat. The plot is predictable young woman/older man, an affair. I wanted this to be a good book as it is about writing but the writing got lost. It wasn't the main character who showed us that writing is hard, but a secondary character and his novel is suspect.

I enjoyed the story and thought the main character was funny and times.

I thought this book was okay. Some comics in it were funny and some were a miss. I would recommend this book to someone who is an avid historian first and not just interested in history as some of the comics were about really not very well known times and events in history.

Too short but great art, and will interest those who love ancient Rome.

What an incredible love story! Not just the traditional kind, but one of the love of family that needs to heal from a long time of secrets.

I loved how the multiple story lines were woven together seamlessly, and the antagonist and protagonists were both nicely complex characters.

Excellent book about the sinking of the Lusitania. The author did extensive research. Throughout the book he talked about the lives of many of the passengers as well as the ship's captain. Book was just the right size to read and not too wordy.

Even the fearless approach these puzzles with trepidation. Do you think YOU could solve a puzzle with letters that can become other letters if you turn the book to a different orientation? Good luck!

Not for the sensitive, soft hearted person. Full of despair and disappointment,.
